Matches is almost there

Aside from a few tweaks i need to do, making a pending match is almost done. There are just a few concirns that I need to address here.

- what if there is no game selected. A game is mandatory.
- what if you have no date / time entered? This needs to be fetched by an error message before the form gets submitted
- there needs to be at least one map selected.
- server could be optional, but needs to be filled in eventually (since otherwise you would not have a place where the match takes place). It's just an informative piece nothing more.

I also started to add a new section on the team control panel, which is the pending matches. Eventually a match has 4 states. New, Pending, Accepted and Declined. There the last does not need to show up in this list.

Also, I need to add a date/time stamp in this section, otherwise it will show all the matches that taken place in the past. But thats a matter of adding a where clause. Nothing special.
